ZONO is a mobile-first business technology stack that brings people from distribution supply chains, data and business functions together. ZONO allows users to collaborate real time find information, view and exchange data points without multiple follow-ups, data loss or replacing any existing backend systems.
Sign up for the organisation and setup hierarchy for distribution supply chain. Create levels structure and label them as per company nomenclature. Add participants to each level and set up access rights and privileges. Send invites to the participants and view them at relevant levels as they join.
Channels are virtual workplaces for the organisation created as per business functions and collaboration requirements. Setup the communication by setting up different channels as per business functions eg Order Channel, Claims Channel etc. Define channels as private channels for sensitive and confidential conversations, public channels for multiple participants to join hands and exchange information.
Order bot integrates into the Company’s backend system and pushes the order document to the buyer. Alternatively buyers can create orders and push it to the company backend. Buyer can view, edit confirm or reject the automatically created orders. Buyers get notified for new order creation, order dispatch, and other stages of order processing. All people participating in the order channel get notifications and messages regarding order processing.
Claims bot integrates into the Company’s backend system and pushes the claims template to the distributors/ buyers. Distributors can submit the information and upload relevant attachments. Participants in the claims channel get notified for the stages of claims processing.
Promotions bot integrates into the Company’s backend and publishes the active promotions to the buyers. Company can broadcast the promotions, schemes. Setup reminders for scheme expiry dates. Promotion materials, product brochures and other digital assets can be sent in the channel.
Ledger bot integrates into the Company’s backend and publishes the financial ledgers to the buyers on a periodic basis. The information is presented in easy to understand format and can be viewed in various filter types and is downloadable in PDF format. Ledger channel provides a real time view of outstanding and settling transactions for the buyers.
eInvoice provides ability to the distributors to automate their invoice filing / IRN generation process by exposing invoice upload endpoints. The process of IRN generation can be done manually by uploading invoices through a bulk interface or through a fully automated process by exposing API. These invoices are uploaded to the government eway bill portal for IRN generation through authorized GSP as listed by the GST portal.
